OIDB has constituted different committees of the officers/Members of the Board for various purposes.Some of the important committees are :
- Sub-Committee on Review of Interest Rates.
- Investment Committee
- Sub-Committee on Review of R & D projects.
- Peer Group for R & D projects etc.
